• Execute food safety audits as per FSSAI requirements.
• Conduct audits for catering, base kitchen, and live kitchen.
• Submit reports within 2 working days.
• Follow up on non-conformity closure.
• Implement corrective actions effectively.
• Support preparation for external audits.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities.
• Verify effectiveness of corrective actions implemented.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related fields.
• Preference for Accredited Lead Auditor Course in Food Safety Management.
• Certified internal auditor on ISO 2200 / HACCP / FosTac.
