Job Description
Join Go Ask Now Technology Pvt Ltd as an Education Counsellor! Your key responsibilities will include counselling prospective students on various UG & PG courses via data calling and online chat. Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures, handle queries over the phone, and convert leads into admissions. Additionally, collect feedback from participants and maintain records of calls and walk-ins.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, proven sales experience (preferably in education), excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in CRM software is essential. This full-time position offers a pay of up to ₹28,00.00 per month, based in-person.
