Job Description
GMA Pinnacle Automotives Pvt Ltd (Jeep Destination) is seeking female candidates for the position of Tele Caller Executive. Ideal applicants should have at least one year of experience in customer support.
Responsibilities include professionally answering calls, providing information about products and services, and documenting customer complaints. You will also be responsible for scheduling service appointments and gathering valuable customer feedback.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of ₹17,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, with additional benefits including a Provident Fund and performance bonuses. The role requires day shifts.
