Job Description
GMA Pinnacle Automotives Pvt Ltd (Jeep Destination) is seeking female candidates for the position of Customer Relations Executive, preferably with experience in the customer support or tele-calling industry for at least one year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls professionally, providing detailed information about our products and services, and addressing customer complaints effectively.
Additional responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, collecting customer feedback, tracking all complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
