Job Description
We’re hiring a Customer Support Executive – Level 2 for our e-Commerce process. This role requires a minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO customer service role, including voice, chat, email, or back office support.
Location: Work from home. Candidates should be fluent in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
The contract is full-time for 3 months, with performance-based extension opportunities. The starting salary is ₹24,500 per month, with an in-hand amount of approximately ₹20,500.
We offer a flexible schedule with 24/7 rotational shifts. Eligible candidates include graduates and undergraduates.
