Job Description
Globsyn Business School invites applications for an Academic Research Associate. This full-time, in-person role supports academic research, accreditation readiness (AICTE/NBA/NAAC/NIRF), programme documentation, OBE/NEP-aligned curriculum development, and academic governance. Candidates should possess strong research and report-writing skills, MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint), analytical attention to detail, and experience coordinating with faculty and departments. Preferred backgrounds include B‑School accreditation, academic operations, research/programme management, or institutional reporting. Compensation up to ₹698,918.35/year with health insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and Provident Fund.
