Job Description

Global Public School seeks a warm, articulate Admissions Support Executive to manage parent enquiries and lead calls. You will answer and place timely calls, share clear information about the school and admissions process, guide parents on next steps, encourage campus visits and application submissions, and maintain accurate records using basic lead-management tools. Required: strong communication skills in English and Malayalam, pleasant phone etiquette, rapport-building ability, organised work habits, and a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications).
