Job Description
Join Giggada Technology as a Customer Success Associate! We are looking for candidates who excel in communication skills and have experience in customer support, particularly in the voice process (B2B, sales, or motor insurance).
Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra. The position is office-based with a salary range of ₹25,00 – ₹40,00 per month, depending on experience. The role involves handling outbound calls and providing sales advisory.
Requirements include a mandatory Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Full-time, permanent position with flexible shifts: 6 days a week.
