Job Description
GHOSH ASSOCIATES is hiring a Finance Business Partner. Responsibilities: source candidates (job boards, social media, referrals), screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate hiring, maintain ATS, support recruitment strategy, attend job fairs, and provide candidate feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR/Business or related, strong verbal and written communication, ATS/HR database familiarity, basic recruitment knowledge, MS Office proficiency, multitasking, interpersonal and analytical skills. Job: Full-time, permanent, fresher. Salary ₹25,00–₹30,00/month. Benefits: flexible schedule, work from home. Location: In person.
