Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Chef for a people-oriented leading restaurant located in Kannur. Candidates with experience exclusively in the restaurant industry are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate should have expertise in South Indian (Kerala Naadan) and Chinese dishes, with knowledge of North Indian dishes as an advantage.
Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, organizing activities, maintaining food quality, and ensuring hygiene standards. Only candidates from Kannur, Kozhikode, Wayanad, and Thrissur are eligible to apply. This full-time position offers a salary of ₹50,00 – ₹70,00 per month, with a contract duration of at least two years.
