Job Description
GGB Bearings Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to support our existing customers. Your role will include maintaining strong relationships, processing customer orders, and managing complaints effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast customer demand and manage inventory planning.
- Ensure timely order execution and manage customer credit control.
- Support marketing activities through exhibitions and online inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in Customer Support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Job Type: Contractual (12 months) | Pay: ₹25,00 – ₹45,00/month
