Job Description
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience Required: 3+ Years in Property Acquisition
Salary Range: ₹4,20,00 – ₹4,80,00 per annum + Commission
Benefits: Health Insurance, Cell Phone Reimbursement
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire high-potential properties across Pan India.
- Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends.
- Prepare financial models and assess property feasibility.
Required Skills:
- Strong real estate network.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
