Job Description

As a Front Office Staff (Front End Associate), you will ensure a safe, welcoming front desk at our hotel operations. Minimum 2 years hotel experience required. Responsibilities: monitor and authorize entrances/exits; greet and assist guests; operate CCTV; respond to alarms and security incidents; manage conflicts professionally; support loss prevention; maintain a clean, organized front area. Full-time role, in person. Salary: ₹14,00–₹15,00 per month. Benefits include flexible schedule, health and life insurance, and paid time off. Strong communication, observation, and customer-service skills are essential.
