Job Description
Join our team as a Collections Management Trainee to support accounts receivable and improve collection processes. This entry-level role provides hands-on training in debtor analysis, dispute resolution, and professional customer communication.
You will contact customers, monitor aging reports, negotiate payment plans, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues. The role requires attention to detail, basic Excel skills, strong communication, and a proactive attitude.
Degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred. No prior collections experience required; training and mentorship are provided, with opportunities for progression into credit or collections management.
