Genix Resources Pvt. Ltd is seeking candidates for the position of Executive Floor Incharge in our garment manufacturing organization located in Budge Budge (Maheshtala). The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the textile and garment industry.
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (based on last in-hand salary) + PF
Qualifications: 12th pass or Graduate
Key Responsibilities: Oversee production operations, manage staffing, monitor production efficiency, ensure quality standards, and address operational challenges.
