Job Description

Lead customer-facing operations at GeneTech. Manage 4 patient-service staff and 12–14 outstation collectors. Duties: sample collection/transport, timely reporting, inquiries, scheduling with counsellors and radiologists, front-office service, logistics, inventory, reporting and staff monitoring. Requirements: 10+ years’ experience with 3–5 years managerial, age 30+, excellent English, good Telugu and Hindi, strong communication, problem-solving and organization. Salary: ₹40,00–₹60,00/month (based on profile).
