Job Description
Lead customer-facing operations in hospitals and diagnostic centers. Manage 4 patient service staff and 12–14 outstation sample collectors. Ensure excellent patient/physician service, timely reports, sample collection/transport, outstation logistics, appointments, inquiry handling/conversion, HO patient service, inventory, filing, people management, reporting and employee tracking. Require minimum 10 years’ experience with 3–5 years managerial; age 30+. Excellent written/oral English; good Telugu and Hindi. Mature communicator, problem solver, organized multitasker. Salary ₹40–₹60k/month.
