Job Description

Genesis Finserve is hiring a Customer Support Associate in Adyar. This full-time, in-person role pays ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. Candidates must speak Hindi. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp chats and emails; providing product information on games, consoles and accessories; assisting with orders, shipment tracking, returns, replacements and complaints; coordinating with inventory, logistics and store teams; updating CRM records and following up until issues are resolved while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
