Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Office staff member at Gekinformation. You will greet and welcome visitors while managing a variety of administrative tasks, including:

• Answering and forwarding incoming calls
• Managing appointments and conference room bookings
• Maintaining records of visitors and calls
• Handling mail and deliveries
• Providing general administrative support
• Ensuring a neat reception area
• Assisting in employee onboarding
• Coordinating with housekeeping and security

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,00.00 per month

• Physically and Mentally Healthy
