Job Description
Ganesh Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to enhance our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions via calls, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Candidates must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with order placements and support during the buying process.
- Handle inbound queries professionally across multiple communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in e-commerce.
