Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) to join our team. As a PBM, you will be responsible for managing pharmacy benefits, ensuring the effective delivery of prescription medications, and supporting our healthcare members.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing pharmacy benefit strategies, negotiating with pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacies, and overseeing drug formulary management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of pharmacy benefits and healthcare regulations. A background in pharmacy or healthcare management is preferred.
