Job Description
As a trained MST for G4S, you will manage daily manpower hiring for sites such as buildings, courts, shops, warehouses, banks and factories. Responsibilities include daily recruitment, reporting to supervisors, enforcing company policies, health & safety compliance, operating and monitoring security systems, controlling entry and exit of people, vehicles and materials, conducting foot patrols and parking area checks, and writing incident reports. Knowledge of industrial sites and critical client requirements is essential. Strong communication, reliability and attention to safety are required.
