Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote services, schedule appointments, and update CRM records. You will identify customer needs, answer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and follow up on leads to achieve targets. Requirements: clear communication in English, persuasive phone manner, basic computer skills, ability to work in a team and meet daily targets.
