Job Description

Join G4S as a Data Entry Operator responsible for gathering, collating and digitising documents; researching missing information; creating digital records from paper or dictation; validating accuracy and reporting inconsistencies; capturing and backing up data in databases; maintaining archives and filing systems; monitoring and correcting database errors; generating reports and spreadsheets; and performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning and managing office supplies. Preferred skills include fast, accurate typing; strong time-management and multitasking; proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace; experience handling large volumes of data; knowledge of digital and paper filing; attention to detail; and excellent written and verbal communication.
