Job Description
We seek an experienced Academic Counsellor to advise students and parents on IT courses, career paths, fees, duration, and certification benefits. You will handle enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads), support admissions, maintain accurate student records and CRM data, follow up to achieve enrolment targets, and coordinate with academic and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a graduate with proven counselling experience, strong communication skills, good MS Office/CRM proficiency, a positive professional attitude, and a target-oriented, self-motivated approach; experience in education or IT training is preferred. This full-time, in-person role offers ₹12,00–₹22,00 per month.
