G S TEA is hiring an Area Sales Officer in Satara. The role requires a graduate with 1–3 years’ sales experience (FMCG preferred). You will drive territory sales, achieve targets, visit retailers, wholesalers and distributors, develop new dealers, coordinate stock and deliveries, monitor distributor performance, enforce pricing and promotions, support trade schemes, and resolve retailer queries. Full-time, permanent, in-person role. Salary ₹9,575–₹20,559 per month. Benefits include leave encashment and Provident Fund. Strong communication, relationship-building and organization skills are essential.
