Job Description
As Retail Store Supervisor, you will lead staff management—hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, and motivating sales associates. Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring prompt help, handling complaints, and building loyalty. Oversee daily operations: enforce policies, manage cash handling, and maintain store cleanliness and safety. Control inventory and merchandising by monitoring stock, ordering products, verifying pricing, and maintaining displays. Drive sales and performance through data monitoring, strategy implementation, and performance reporting. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹20,00.00 per month. Benefits: Provident Fund. Work Location: In person.
