Job Description

FutureWings Academy is seeking a motivated and empathetic Counsellor cum Telecaller to manage both inbound and outbound calls. The successful candidate will provide clients with information and counsel them according to their needs and interests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-first attitude. A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing is required.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month

Location: In-person

Language Requirements: Hindi (Preferred), English (Required)
