Job Description
FutureWings Academy is seeking a dedicated Front Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reception duties such as welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and responding to inquiries. You will ensure that the front desk and reception area remain presentable and organized.
In this role, you will coordinate appointments, handle mail and couriers, and provide administrative support to various departments. Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills are essential for success in this position.
