Job Description
Future Techlabs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Academic Counsellor to provide essential guidance to our students. You will assist them in navigating their educational and personal challenges, helping them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer academic and career development guidance.
- Support students with personal and social challenges.
- Develop and implement workshops.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
- Collaborate with staff and families.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- Experience in student counseling preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00/month
