Job Description
Future Tech Career Fixx LLP seeks a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, and YouTube (Google Ads) with focus on lead quality, conversions, and ROI. Key duties: create and scale Lead Gen, Traffic, Conversion, and Brand Awareness campaigns; build Custom, Lookalike, and Retargeting audiences; run A/B tests on creatives, copies, and placements; monitor CPL/CPC/CPA/CTR/ROAS; analyze lead quality and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets. Requirements: 1–3 years (2 years preferred) in performance marketing, strong Meta Ads Manager skills, Snapchat/YouTube a plus, target-driven, strong communication. Full-time, permanent, in-person in Greater Noida. Pay ₹15,00–₹41,382.61/month.
