Job Description
Join the Fronius family as a Sales Support professional! Your responsibilities will include answering customer queries, scheduling meetings, processing orders promptly, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll also manage customer accounts, assist with administrative duties, and maintain the decorum of our Skills and Solution Centre. To excel in this position, you should have a diploma or be a graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Hands-on experience with ERP systems is a plus.
