Job Description
FRESHWORKS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Payment Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze mortgage payment issues, provide ongoing training to staff, and ensure accurate daily cashiering processes.
- Analyze lockbox mortgage payments requiring further review.
- Conduct weekly quality audits for cash postings.
- Supervise research and correction of unapplied cash transactions.
This is a full-time, permanent role suitable for freshers. Salary ranges from ₹18,455.00 to ₹28,755.00 per month, with benefits including a Provident Fund and performance bonuses. Day shifts available.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
