Job Description
Position: Staff / Dialysis Nurse
Reporting to: Senior Dialysis Technician
Summary of the Role:
- Perform dialysis procedures based on patient prescriptions.
- Assess patient condition before, during, and after dialysis.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain communication with Nephrologists.
- Educate patients about their treatment and address concerns.
- Supervise record-keeping and disinfect dialysis machines.
- Ensure quality care and collaboration within the dialysis team.
Qualifications: BSC Nursing, GNM, ANM, or related diplomas.
Experience: Minimum 3 years, with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
