Job Description
Join Formula Group as an Executive Car Rental Operations Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for managing our fleet and drivers, maintaining records, and communicating with clients via phone and email. You will oversee vehicular movements, interview and train drivers, and prepare reports in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
The ideal candidate should have experience in transportation management, preferably from the Air Force (Trade: Police/MTD/MT-Fit), and possess strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office. Excellent observational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. You should be able to handle pressure, take ownership of customer needs, and make sound decisions.
