Job Description
Focus Trade is looking for a talented Telephonist/Receptionist. Be the first point of contact for clients and make a lasting impression!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and guests professionally.
- Arrange meetings efficiently.
- Address inquiries from visitors.
- Conduct follow-ups for client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 6 months of telemarketing experience.
- Previous receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Higher Secondary education preferred.
Compensation: ₹8,00 – ₹19,570 per month with benefits.
