Flora Vythiri Resort (Flora Hospitality Group, Wayanad, India) seeks a Commi II specializing in South Indian cuisine. Full-time, permanent on-site role preparing authentic South Indian dishes with high standards of taste, presentation, hygiene and kitchen efficiency. Candidates need 1–2 years’ experience in reputable hotels/resorts, strong knowledge of regional dishes, teamwork and passion for hospitality.
