Job Description
We seek a Front Office Associate to handle guest check‑ins/outs, reservations, payments, room assignments, C Form for foreign guests, transport requests, property information and upselling. Minimum 2 years in a 4‑/5‑star property (hospitality/tourism diploma holders considered). Strong customer service, communication skills, MS Office; English and Hindi preferred. Full‑time, permanent; ₹18,00–₹22,00/month. Benefits: food, health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, Provident Fund. On‑site.
