Flora Hospitality Group (Flora Vythiri Resort, Wayanad) seeks a skilled Commis I specializing in South Indian cuisine. Full-time, permanent role with 2–3 years’ hotel or resort experience required. Responsibilities include preparing traditional South Indian dishes with high standards for taste, presentation, hygiene and kitchen efficiency. Candidate must be a team player passionate about hospitality. Salary ₹25,00–₹30,00/month. Benefits: meals, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick leave, paid time off and provident fund.
