Reports To: Director / HR & Senior IT Manager
Job Purpose: Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems and provide timely support to staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT infrastructure – desktops, servers, and networks.
- Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
- Maintain software applications and cybersecurity measures.
- Update the college website and support communication platforms.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in IT or related field, strong networking knowledge, good communication skills.
