Job Description
FIPRAS INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD seeks a Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain client relationships, handle queries and complaints, support sales, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will manage accounts, provide tailored solutions, escalate issues, and maintain product and process knowledge. Requirements: any degree, 1 year customer service experience preferred, excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, and fluency in English. Full-time, in-person at T Nagar, Chennai. Salary ₹15,00–₹35,00/month. Benefits include Provident Fund. Job location: T Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
