Job Description
We are Finsoft IT Solutions, seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. This role focuses on customer support and data entry via email and chat—no phone calls involved.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries, perform data entry, follow guidelines, escalate queries, and maintain documentation.
Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass/Graduate, good written English, basic computer skills, typing speed of 30 WPM, multitasking ability, prior BPO/KPO experience preferred.
Pay: ₹14,667.00 – ₹26,755.00 per month.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher.
