Job Description
FindMyHostel is seeking a dedicated Telecaller to manage customer outreach, assist with hostel verifications, and handle new listings. This role requires making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless listing process for hostels. Prior experience in telecalling or a customer service role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high volumes of outbound calls.
- Verify hostel details and assist in the listing process.
- Convert leads into new listings and manage inquiries.
- Achieve call targets regularly.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
