Job Description
Finceptive Services is seeking dedicated Collections Agents to manage and execute recovery efforts for overdue accounts. Responsibilities include leading a team of collection agents, making outbound calls to defaulters, negotiating settlements, and handling escalated cases. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be target-oriented, and proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Experience in telecom, banking, or NBFC collections is preferred, along with knowledge of RBI/NBFC collection guidelines. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹12,00.00 to ₹45,00.00 per month, including benefits like Provident Fund.
