FIMS HOSPITALS is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Telephonist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients and vendors, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and assisting with medical forms. Additional responsibilities include processing payments, managing multi-line phone systems, updating insurance information, and ensuring the reception area is well-maintained.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare facility.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
