Fiber Optic Sensing Solutions is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with over 2 years of experience. The position is based in Mumbai and requires you to engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, achieving sales targets while cross-selling and up-selling our products.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate records of interactions, processing purchase orders, and generating leads for the sales team. We expect a proactive approach to building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
