Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive. You will manage customer relationships, address queries, and ensure a premium service experience in Tamil, Hindi, and English.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, maintain CRM records, and support in managing VIP clients.
Required Skills: 1-3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-centric attitude. Freshers are also welcome.
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund.
