Facilio Facility Management Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality or deep cleaning industry, along with a valid 4-wheeler license.
Key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring quality control, allocating tasks, conducting site inspections, and maintaining client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment, and training new team members are essential.
We offer an attractive salary of ₹18,00 – ₹25,00 per month, plus performance incentives and cell phone reimbursement.
