Job Description
Role Overview:
Fabyouare Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions for online orders. This role includes confirming Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, addressing customer queries, and ensuring effective post-order communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm customers’ COD and prepaid orders.
- Resolve queries related to products and deliveries.
- Collaborate for order updates or exchanges.
- Maintain call logs and update records accurately.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
