Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and intelligent Optical Sales Assistant to join our team at Eyeris Opticals. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the right frames and lenses based on their eye prescriptions, ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Helping customers understand their eye prescriptions.
- Suggesting suitable lenses and frames.
- Explaining lens types and coatings.
- Assisting with frame trials.
- Answering customer inquiries politely.
